Ravi Kambhoj is a creative producer, storyteller, and community builder who has spent the last two decades shaping experiences that connect people through ideas. His TEDx journey began in New Zealand as a volunteer, where he was mesmerized by the power of ideas shared on stage. That spark turned into a dream: to one day curate a TEDx of his own.

It took more than a decade for that dream to find its stage—and it happened in Goa, the place Ravi fell in love with for its culture, creativity, and community spirit. In 2024, TEDxMargao marked the realization of a vision he had carried for years. This year, the dream grows bolder with TEDxPanaji in the capital city—bigger in scale, stronger in ambition, and braver in experimentation. None of this would be possible without the extraordinary TEDxPanaji team, whose passion, creativity, and commitment form the backbone of this remarkable project.

Beyond TEDx, Ravi is the founder of Festivalists, a storytelling platform that has been at the heart of Goa’s cultural landscape for over eight years. Drawing from his own journey of finding confidence on stage, he also launched Start 2 Stage, helping young professionals and entrepreneurs overcome stage fright and make bold, unforgettable statements.

Ravi’s mission for TEDxPanaji is clear: to create a platform where experts, innovators, and changemakers inspire action, where ideas find wings, and where the community feels part of something larger than themselves.
