Pavithra Guru, an aerospace engineer, pivoted into operations at Amazon after realising she was a natural people person with an affinity for making things work behind the scenes. Working across India and Japan, she found herself managing inventory, labour, capacity planning and forecasting before making the leap into the startup world as Head of E-commerce, where she went on to lead marketing, revenue, and market expansion across the GCC.

Today, a mum to two companies she is building from the ground up — Sukraa Media in Qatar, a creative media and design studio, and The Origin Story in Bangalore, focused on IP-led branding, marketing and curating personalised events and experiences worth remembering.

Passionate about turning ideas into businesses, and businesses into brands that inspire generations. For her, the real measure of a great idea is not how loudly it arrives, but how long it stays with people.
