Stedwick has spent 25+ years turning ideas into operations teams into performers and businesses into growth stories.   A Dale Carnegie certified trainer and founder of Ferns Corp he works at the crossroads of sales people and businesses; with experience spanning BPO hospitality e-commerce and consulting.  A full time dad part entrepreneur and part trainer he lives by the philosophy of the tattoo he has on his forearm that reads 'whatsoever a man soweth that also shall he reap'.  "Ideas are only as powerful as the people who bring them to life" he says and as part of the management team at TEDx Panaji 2026 he helps execute exactly that.
